Leagues
Players who are ready to train and compete in a competitive environment.
- SPRING LEAGUE (FEBRUARY - APRIL)
- SUMMER LEAGUE (MAY - JULY)
- FALL LEAGUE (SEPTEMBER - NOVEMBER)
Private Lessons
Players who are ready to compete for a competitive club-level team must be able to consistently demonstrate skills, execute and demonstrate an understanding of the game.
Ways to Utilize Private & Group Sessions:
- Private Lessons for assessments and evaluations and Setting goals (Plan of Action)
- Develop and/or enhance skills in positions, offense and defense and increase volleyball IQ
- To create Training Plan to measure your progress for the next level of competition
- Receive professional guidance and feedback training
