PRIVATES - GROUPS - NOTHING BUT REPS

Privates, Groups and Nothing BUT Reps is a training product that is recommended for all skill levels from Newbies to Advanced Players or anyone who would like to train for volleyball in a smaller setting.  Ages: 9-18 years plus adults

Package: 4 sessions - (flexible scheduling) example: 1X or 2X per week, or 1X per month, etc.

Session Duration:  One (1) hour each

Cost: $125.00 per person/per package

Suggested Number of People Per Session:

• Privates: Skills Specific (1 to 2 people per session) - Invite a friend
• Groups: Position Specific (3-4 people per session) - Form a group/train with your friends 
• Nothing BUT Reps: (1-6 people per session) - Form a group/train with a team

Ways to Utilize Training League Sessions: 

• Privates: Develop and/or enhance skills
• Group Sessions: Develop and/or enhance skills in positions, offense and defense and increase volleyball IQ
• Nothing But Reps: Get lots of touches on the ball to increase skills, position, systems
• Training to stay in volleyball shape and keep skills sharp
• Don't play club, keep skills sharp
