Our mission is to provide great opportunities for those students who are committed to networking their volleyball skills to college programs while pursuing professional careers in sports and health science.
Our Vision is to create innovative environments that assist with the commitment to reinforce, enhance and bolster the students' career training and networking skills experience.

Objective: To provide a wide range of networking opportunities from college to careers in sports.
Signature Program
HCP started as a developmental volleyball club in 2008 and transitioned into a small educational volleyball club in 2012, known as Houston Career Prep Volleyball (HCP). Our best feature of the club was providing job skills development (internships), career guidance and solid volleyball training for our student-athletes. We have since watched our alumni players grow into productive citizens in a wide range of careers (some in sports and health sciences) to become doctors, lawyers, college professors, nurses, accountants, certified public accountants, cancer researchers, police officers, high school & college coaches, athletic directors, sports club directors and small business owners.
Established in 2021, Network Volleyball Skills Conference (NVS-C) continues to offer a wide range of programs that cater to the needs of student-athletes who are seeking skills and fulfilling their dreams in the sports career-related industry.
