HCP Private Lessons

Players who are ready to compete for a competitive club-level team must be able to consistently demonstrate skills, execute and demonstrate an understanding of the game.  


Ways to Utilize Private & Group Sessions: 

  • Private Lessons for assessments and evaluations and Setting goals (Plan of Action)
  • Develop and/or enhance skills in positions, offense and defense and increase volleyball IQ
  • To create Training Plan to measure your progress for the next level of competition
  • Receive professional guidance and feedback training


Skills & Systems based on grade level and skills systems:

  • Serving, Passing, Setting, Hitting, Blocking, Digging
  • Offensive & Defensive Systems
  • Footwork, Speed, Agility, Power, 
  • Feedback Training


Training Courts: Indoor and/or Sand Courts


Fee:  $150 per month (4 - 1 Hour Sessions) By Appointment Only!

 

Training Location: J'NETs Training Center, 13251 Chimney Rock Road, Houston, Texas 77085
