HCP Group Training
Players who are ready to compete for a school level team must be able to execute skills and demonstrate an understanding of the game.
Skills & Systems include:
- Serving, Passing, Setting, Hitting, Blocking, Digging
- Offensive & Defensive Systems
- Footwork, Speed, Agility, Power
Training Courts: Indoor and/or Sand Courts
Training Day & Times: Mondays, 5:30-7:00pm (High School)
Mondays, 6:00-7:30pm (Middle School)
Fee: $65 per month
