HCP Private Lessons
Players who are ready to compete for a competitive club-level team must be able to consistently demonstrate skills, execute and demonstrate an understanding of the game.
Ways to Utilize Private & Group Sessions:
- Private Lessons for assessments and evaluations and Setting goals (Plan of Action)
- Develop and/or enhance skills in positions, offense and defense and increase volleyball IQ
- To create Training Plan to measure your progress for the next level of competition
- Receive professional guidance and feedback training
Skills & Systems based on grade level and skills systems:
- Serving, Passing, Setting, Hitting, Blocking, Digging
- Offensive & Defensive Systems
- Footwork, Speed, Agility, Power,
- Feedback Training
Training Courts: Indoor and/or Sand Courts
Fee: $150 per month (4 - 1 Hour Sessions) By Appointment Only!
